Whitetail Innovators hosted a Virtual Whitetail Deer Buck Pole Contest for the Grand Opening of the Scrapemaker - both gun and bow seasons. This contest is now closed... thanks to all who participated!

(Click here to see the Contest Winner!)

The Contest Rules were:

1) Must be considered the dominant buck in the area (mature deer only, no Bambi's please!).

2) All contestants must allow the use of their picture and testimonial for Scrapemaker promotional purposes and the picture/story will become property of Whitetail Innovators (location of buck harvest will not be disclosed). Immediate family members and employees of the Whitetail Innovator family are ineligible for the prize.

3) Winners will agree to allow Scrapemaker the right to advertise the Virtual Whitetail Buck Pole winner with future Whitetail Innovator products.

4) Each whitetail hunting season Whitetail Innovators will have a contest for the best scored & internet voted whitetail bucks taken by hunters in the 50 states who used the Scrapemaker to condition his/her location (fair chase only - no pen deer). The contest winner will receive $5,000.

5) The top buck pictures with the highest average score on the virtual buck pole will be submitted to the official scorekeeper for the Commemorative Bucks of Michigan. CBM was legislated in 2005 to the be the official game keeper scorer for Michigan (see legislation http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-HB-5144 ) and is Michigan's official game score keeper. Their decision will be final and may include additional factors besides size including story, application of Scrapemaker tool, etc. (If interested in CBM membership and/or record books, contact: Commemorative Bucks of Michigan, PO Box 518, Dryden, MI 48428. Phone (800) 298-2825. Email them at www.buckfax.com .)

6) Submit your photos (digital pictures preferred but not required) and testimonials to harvest your buck to buckpole@scrapemaker.com . Pictures and testimonial can also be sent via snail mail to Whitetail Innovators 1500 South Greenville Road, Greenville, Michigan 48838. Pictures MUST have the Scrapemaker in it to be eligible for the $5,000 buck pole prizes. Again, submission must also include a brief testimonial of how the Scrapemaker was used in the harvest.

7) Each contestant will receive a free hat that says Dominant Buck Harvest Master. A shipping and handling charge of $7.95 will apply - credit cards and check accepted. Checks can be sent to Whitetail Innovators 1500 South Greenville Road, Greenville, Michigan 48838.
